Step Two; Moving Forward

Step Two:  MOVING FORWARD Gather the following information.  Don’t worry if you don’t have all the items listed gather as much as you can before your first appointment. Current Address, Proof of address includes, current lease, utility bill Previous address if current address is less than 2 years SS# -  Copy of SS Card DOB – Copy of North Carolina Drivers License or State ID Employer Information for verification; you need Address, Telephone#, Fax#, contact person Previous employer if current employer is  less than 2 years Last 4 paycheck stubs or proof of income for all adults in the household. Work history if self employed, include business references and Profit and Loss Statements. 2-years tax returns 2008 and 2009 – Include all pages of Federal and State Tax return. Last 3 months – of all bank, credit union and investment account statements List of assets  - include description, year purchase, value $ amount List of debts -  balances, account #’s, addresses and due dates, statements if you have them List of Monthly bills – average balances, account #’s, addresses and due dates, statements if you have them All 401 K, annuity, or retirement Information, cash value of life insurance (all are considered assets) Please include information for each person signing the mortgage application.  This information is to be typed or hand written neatly. Please bring copies of your debts expenses and proof of your assets.
