Brunswick Housing Coalition Developer and Planner Workgroups  UDO Text Amendment:  Impacting housing policy in Brunswick county and towns. (copy available on the BHO download page) Developers: In October 2006 the Brunswick Planning Dept and the Brunswick Housing Coalition held a  joint meeting to discuss changes to the UDO , zoning, planning processes and procedures that would increase affordable housing. Monday July 28, 2008 at 9am the Planning Dept will make a presentation to the Developers Workgroup on the new text amendments to the UDO. Planners: April 2008 BHO meet with the Planners of the cities and towns in an effort to begin the process of developing a comprehensive Affordable Housing Policy.  Monday July 28, 2008 at 11:00am lets come together again to work on base line platform to develop this policy.Lunch will be served   This meeting is for planners or those with planning responsibilities for their LUG's. Where & When:  BEMC Traing Room   Old Ocean Hwy17 Supply, NC  2 Blocks from the Brunswwick Community Hospital Developer Workgroup will meet from 9-11am Planner Workgroup will meet from 11:15a-1:00pm (lunch will be served)
